Instructions
How do I set up the play tent?
2. Place black bracket in top tent hole (with the top piece sticking out) place the rods in one at a time. Tip: go inside the tent to do this
3. Place the bottom of the rods into black sleeves, then tie to hold in place.
4. Place the flag on top and the enjoy!
How do I fold up the play tent?
Folding the play tent can take a little bit of practice, but I promise once you get it - it will feel like second nature! Watch the video below for instructions, seeing it being done is the easiest way to learn how to do it.
Materials & Other Info
What is the tent made out of?
The tent & lining is made out of high-quality cotton/polyester. The poles are fiberglass.
Are the materials non-toxic?
The inks used to print on the tent are non-toxic
Can the tent be outside?
Yes! However should be brought back inside to store after play time. Keep in mind of course that the tent will get dirtier when outside.
How can I clean the tent?
Spot cleaning is best! The tents cannot go in the washing machine.
Where are the tents produced?
At a small friendly factory in China, seriously the women I have been working with are so kind and incredibly knowledgable about tent manufacturing. Happy to support them!
What age range are the tents recommended for?
Recommended for kids 1+
Who did your photography & design?

Product Warnings:
The glass fiber rods will cause skin damage if broken (very rare!), and the rubber ring used for connecting may result in injuries during children’s rough play, so:
1. No installation and packing by children, only adults;
2. No crushing the tent, and do not touch glass fiber rod when it is broken and dispose immediately;
3. Children should be watched by adults when playing with tent.
Recommended for kids 1+, keep away from fire.
Shipping & Returns
We only accept returns of unused items, or items with a manufacturing defect.
You may only return our play tents direct to us if they were purchased online at chelseaandwest.com. If you are wanting to return a play tent that was not purchased directly from us online, it will need to be returned to the reseller you originally purchased from.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The best way to exchange your item is to return it for a refund and then place a new order for the style that you want.
We can only refund items that arrive in unused condition within 30 days of your order date, for example:
- the item is in its original packaging; and
- the item is unused and as received
A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Chelsea & West and may only be eligible for store credit.
The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping for all returns due to change of mind.
